CSPC Innovation Initiates Phase III Clinical Trial of SYS6010
On June 26, CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300765.SZ) released an announcement stating that its holding subsidiary CSPC Jushi Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jushi Bio") has recently initiated a randomized, open-label, multicenter Phase III clinical trial of SYS6010 combined with Enlangumab as first-line therapy for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with negative driver genes and positive PD-L1 expression.

The stock short name shall be changed to "CSPC Innovation"
On June 16, CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", stock code: 300765.SZ) issued an announcement. The Company held the 2nd meeting of the 7th Board of Directors on June 16, 2026, at which the Proposal on Changing the Stock Short Name was reviewed and approved. The Company agreed to change its stock short name from "Sinowell" to "CSPC Innovation", effective June 17, 2026. The corporate full name, English name, English short name and stock code of the Company will remain unchanged.

CSPC Innovation’s Ustekinumab Injection is officially shipped.
On June 2, a refrigerated logistics truck loaded with the first batch of CSPC Innovation’s Enyike® (Generic Name: Ustekinumab Injection) slowly departed from the production site of CSPC Giant Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., marking the official launch of commercial sales for CSPC Innovation’s ustekinumab product. This adds another robust product to China’s domestic biopharmaceutical portfolio.
