On June 16, CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", stock code: 300765.SZ) issued an announcement. The Company held the 2nd meeting of the 7th Board of Directors on June 16, 2026, at which the Proposal on Changing the Stock Short Name was reviewed and approved. The Company agreed to change its stock short name from "Sinowell" to "CSPC Innovation", effective June 17, 2026. The corporate full name, English name, English short name and stock code of the Company will remain unchanged.

Since 2024, relying on CSPC Jushi Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jushi Bio"), the Company has accelerated its transformation into an innovative biopharmaceutical enterprise. It focuses on building cutting-edge technology platforms covering antibody drugs, ADCs and mRNA vaccines, and steadily advances the R&D and industrialization of its biopharmaceutical pipeline. Its products cover multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, metabolism, autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases, forming a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, production and commercialization.

Up to now, the Company directly holds an 80% equity stake in Jushi Bio, and its core business has expanded into the field of innovative biologic drugs. To further strengthen corporate image and brand value, and align the stock short name with the Company’s core business and strategic positioning, the Company has changed its stock short name from "Sinowell" to "CSPC Innovation".
